Wonderful, a jury trial. Does she really think anyone will side with her. \
Think on this: He didn’t deprive her of anything. Because of her charges against him he had a right to NOT have her accompany him or his teams ANYWHERE. All human beings have the right to no work with or coexist with anyone who makes false or real charges against them. Why would any one who was “stalked, and assaulted” by Geno want to ever work with him again. Also, let us assume that these (false) charges are real! He got off the elevator (in which he was staying) on her floor. He held her arm and tried to kiss her. Guys whose names are not Auriemme do this thousands of times every day. They’ve done it for centuries. When did attempting to kiss a girl a crime, even if she didn’t want him to. She admits she rejected him. END of CASE.
Her lawyer is hoping to win by the press. She knows she can’t win on law. But OJ got off on murder (with a mostly black jury) maybe Hardwick is hoping for the same.

Who ever is taking bets on this one sign me up for 10K, it’s a slam dunk win for Geno.

  2. Hardwick can’t win the case in court, so try to get it settled by running it in the press.

No jury, who are of GENO’s Peers, and the law says he must have a jury of HIS peers (not her’s), will ever look at the evidence in the suit and find for Hardwick.
She brought charges against Geno. If he was the “pervert” she seemed to think he was, WHY would she want to work with him?
Geno like all professional people have a right to have people protecting them or their charges that do not accuse him of anything. I am sure the presidents secret Service know if the say anything bad about the president they won’t go with him ever again. Same applies to Geno. He didn’t give up his right to chose who he will or will not work with. If that impinges on her employment, maybe she should have thought of that before she made accusations. I think the first thing for Hardwick must be is to prove her charges. If not proved , no case.

Doesn’t the law say that those charged get to pick whether it’s jury or by judge?? Some help out there.

She didn’t lose any employment, she got to work the 2012 London Olympics. She was assigned to a team at the Olympics, providing security to a US team other than Women’s Basketball. Heck, last week I spotted her sour puss on TV, sitting behind the Indiana Fever bench (I assume she was there working, not being a Fever fan)during the WNBA championship games vs. Minnesota. She’s gainfully employed. There is no case.
