Going back to regrets: No longer being able to see the dialogue between Geno and Meghan Culmo. They clicked with a professional and familial rapport that is unparalleled in the SNY format. The new guys are still catching up to the history Meghan could deliver in a heartbeat, and she got all Geno’s sarcasm as only an ex-player could. The male announcers are slicked-down wannabees. Meghan is getting the short end as are we. I feel badly for her and the fans who loved her interviewing skills. I guess this represents progress, but money triumphed over style in this changeover.
