   Watched the ND game over again. Brea fouled Diggens on the interception and then 3 more times in that last possesion.MKL’s 4th foul was pure flop by Jewel.MKL never laid a hand on her. Kelly was fouled on her drive for her last missed shot, not called. The Huskies must play their best games to beat ND and Baylor with calls like that, but we all know they can.

   The Refs didn’t call the fouls on Diggy by Uconn, they wanted to go home. Overtime isn’t extra money, just more time doing the job.

   I think–for the most part –the refs let them play. Flopping just urinates me off–it’s obvious and the good refs ignore.
   Fouls are supposed to be called because one player got an advantage doing something illegal, if no advantage no call. That’s why palming, carrying, the behind the back dribble (try doing that one without carrying the ball) are rarely called. The stupid “traveling” calls were an insult to the game–and wrongly called.

   Britney Griner the best player ever? You’re kidding, right? D will always be the greatest. Three straight championships. Two with very good players, but not great players. No one on those last two teams was as good as Odyssey Sims. D will always be the best.

     Maya Moore was just as good as D. Some think better.
