Rosters Set For UConn Co-Ed Scrimmage On First Night

If you have ever wondered what it would be like if Geno Auriemma coached men’s basketball, or Kevin Ollie coached the women, you will get a chance to find out next Friday when the programs will intermingle in a scrimmage.

First 2,500 fans in attendance will receive a free Team Geno or Team Kevin t-shirt. Admission is free and open to the public.  A discounted parking rate of $3 will be available for the event at both the North and South garages and Y Lot (behind McMahon Hall).

Fans can meet the 2013-14 men’s and women’s basketball teams as they sign autographs from 6:00 – 6:45pm in the AD’s lobby (located between the East and South entrances).  No personal items are allowed.  Special 2013 First Night posters will be provided for all fans attending the autograph session.

The night will also feature prize giveaways, team introductions, UConn’s take on the TV game show Hollywood Game Night and performances from four UConn bands, cheer and dance squads.  The show will end at approximately 8pm.

6:00 – 6:45 PM – Autographs
