The End Of The Tennessee Dynasty
Pretty interesting read here from John Adams on govolsxtra.com about the situation at Tennessee now that Coach Summitt is gone.
It’s something people are thinking about and may not want to admit.

To early to predict the demise of the Tenn dynasty.w They’ll probably have another down year next year, considering who graduated and the returning players. However, 2013 is loaded with talent and if they have a great recruiting class, they’ll be back as one of the elite teams again.
Wow! I thought that those sorts of readers’ comments by UT fans were reserved for some school in New England.
Coach Summitt may be the toughest act ever to follow. But, I’d bet that she had a lot of say in her replacement; it’s not like she’d want anything negative to happen to the program she was, and really still is, the face of. Like almost every program, they’ll have up and down years. But, I certainly wouldn’t count UT out at all.
Women’s college basketball is still at the stage where one really good player surrounded by some hard working, well coached players can be very competitive. Look at the school along the coast just below Pennsylvania. When you get more than one really good player and a bunch of hard workers you can be right in the top echelon.
UT will survive.
