Two Chances To See The Sun

The Connecticut Sun will hold an open practice on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at St. Joseph College in West Hartford. There will also be a Tip-Off Brunch May 6 at the Mohegan Sun Convention Center. Registration for the event will begin at 11 a.m. The brunch, held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., will be a chance for fans to meet the players.. All attendees will receive a gift, have the opportunity to win raffle prizes, bid on unique silent auction items and interac with the players. All fans in attendance will have the opportunity to share their memories of the team for possible use in commercials and arena promotions. Net proceeds from the event will benefit the Connecticut Sun Foundation. The Connecticut Sun Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of Connecticut’s youth by supporting athletic and educational endeavors. Tickets for the event are $75 and are going fast.
