John I thought the expectation was for SNY to broadcast 20 games and rebroadcast them. We are looking at 30 plus games in the schedule. I’ve looked at the SNY web site and they have not updated the schedule of UConn Women or even put anything new up on the STREAMING Video games. Where did you get the “all games not on CBS, ESPN, ESPNU,2 will be SNY???”
There are 30 games (counting Charleston and not counting the Big East). Stanford, A^M, Duke, Baylor, are ESPN/CBS. Looks like 24/26 games for SNY.
Theres only 21 games available to sny with 9 on espn2/cbsc. The bigeast tournament is covered by espnu and the ncaa tournament by espn/espn2
‘WHO DA THUNK IT?’
Thanks John, had I taken the time, as you did, I’d have seen only 21 games available to SNY. It’s great to be getting 9 games on espn and CBS. Now if SNY will tell the world about their Video Streaming pricing, etc.
Anyone know if SNY is going to stream video for those us in other parts of the country or offer a paid service similar to Hoopstreams?
Iwould to be able to watch the UConn Wmen play, as I
have in the past.

Go to SNY.tv web site and sign up for their newsletter. Also they will at some point provide Steaming Video info on that site. But I think a better choice is to sign up for SNY on cable or Direct TV Satellite and get their sports pack. Then you get the games (and replayed games) of UConn Women, Men and Football. Pay 12 dollars a month rather than 60 for better video and sound. I just switch over to Direct to get SNY way down south in the land of cotton, look away, look away, look away Dixie Land.
