It will be delayed and delayed — the only way the press can get a few lines about it. But you know–the impact of the salacious aspects of this suit are gone.
Hardwick has the middle initials of D. F. ? Does that stand for what it looks like DUMB F____K?? Just my opinion–and legally I’m entitled to one.
FREDDYKOOL: “WHO DA THUNK IT?”
I have made it clear on many posts that I am not an attorney. That allows me to look at these things in a practical common sense manner which is apparently in conflict with the actual legal process. I wish I knew why these delays were being requested (presumably) and why the judge is putting up with it. It would appear that the part of the case dealing with Auriemma as a named party in the suit is one issue. Perhaps not being a lawyer I apply common sense and logic and conclude that Auriemma is not now nor never has been the employer of Hardwick. It makes absolutely no sense to allow him to continue as a party in the suit. The issue of jurisdiction also exists but becomes a moot point when Geno is dismissed as a defendant.
