Kunle Mwanga

Kunle Mwanga is an important figure in jazz history as a producer and as an art collector. He has an exhibit of his wide-ranging collection, which includes modern and African art and vintage photographs of jazz greats, at the Russell Library in Middletown through February.Kunie MwangaHere he is photographed at his home with one of his paintings. Entitled Dolphy’s Dream, it was painted by Chris Muzzio of Jazz musician Eric Dolphy.
